The scheme is also in close proximity to several trees. The proposal also relates to a timber structure in an area where built development is characterised by other materials. Consequently, the proposal is considered to raise issues of significance with particular regard to economic development, promoting enjoyment of the area and the natural and cultural heritage aims of the Cairngorms National Park. 14. 05/523/CP - No Call-in 15. 05/524/CP - No Call-in 16. 05/525/CP - No Call-in 17. 05/526/CP - No Call-in 18. 05/527/CP - No Call-in COMMENTING ON APPLICATIONS NOT CALLED-IN BY THE COMMITTEE 19. Sheena Slimon advised Members that she had received a complaint from the Applicant of a planning application for advertising signage which was refused by the CNPA Planning Committee. The Applicant was concerned that where they had sought the necessary permission for their proposed signage there was a proliferation of unauthorised signage along the A9 regarding the proposed Transmission Line. Andrew Tait informed the Committee that Planning Officials were aware of the issue and the unauthorised signage may require advertising consent. Andrew Thin requested that an item be added to the next Planning Committee agenda to discuss the issue, this would then allow the Planning Officials time to investigate the matter further and a decision could then be taken on the best course of action. DATE OF NEXT MEETING 69. Friday 13th January 2006, Aviemore. 70. Committee Members are requested to ensure that any Apologies for this meeting are submitted to the Planning Office in Ballater. 71. The meeting concluded at 11:15hrs.
